# thatDot > thatDot builds real-time graph analysis for high-volume event streams. It created Quine, the open-source streaming graph engine, and offers commercial products built on it: Quine Streaming Graph (enterprise) and Novelty Detector (context-aware anomaly detection). Common uses include cybersecurity threat detection, fraud detection, observability, and streaming ETL. Key concepts: a "streaming graph" combines graph analytics with the throughput of event stream processing, building and querying a graph incrementally as events arrive. "Standing queries" match patterns and trigger actions in real time. Quine's `idFrom()` derives deterministic node IDs from data so records from multiple streams converge on the same node. A "supernode" is a node that accumulates too many edges and becomes a performance risk. ## Products - [Quine Streaming Graph](https://www.thatdot.com/products/quine/): The industry's only real-time streaming graph engine — the depth of graph analytics with the speed and throughput of event stream processing. - [Novelty Detector](https://www.thatdot.com/products/novelty/): Context-aware anomaly detection that finds truly novel events in massive data streams instantly, without manual training or labeled data. - [Quine Open Source vs Enterprise](https://www.thatdot.com/quine-open-source-vs-enterprise/): Compares Quine open source with Quine Enterprise (clustering, high availability, RBAC, supernode mitigation, support). - [Quine open source](https://quine.io): The open-source Quine streaming graph project. ## Tools - [Quine Recipe Graph Analyzer](https://www.thatdot.com/quine/recipe-analyzer.html): Free, in-browser tool that statically analyzes a Quine recipe's ingest streams and standing queries, visualizes the labeled-property graph it will build, and flags supernode risks before you run it. Exports the inferred schema as GraphQL, OWL, SHACL, JSON-LD, Mermaid, and GraphML. Runs entirely client-side. - [Novelty Detector demo](https://www.thatdot.com/product/novelty-detector-demo/): Interactive demo of the Novelty Detector. ## Use cases - [Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) Detection](https://www.thatdot.com/use-cases/advanced-persistent-threat-apt-detection/) - [Authentication Fraud](https://www.thatdot.com/use-cases/authentication-fraud/) - [Financial Fraud Detection](https://www.thatdot.com/use-cases/financial-fraud-detection/) - [Graph AI](https://www.thatdot.com/use-cases/graph-ai/) - [Real-Time IoB Threat Hunting](https://www.thatdot.com/use-cases/iob-real-time-threat-hunting/) - [Log Analysis](https://www.thatdot.com/use-cases/log-analysis/) - [Real-time AWS CloudTrail Threat Detection](https://www.thatdot.com/use-cases/real-time-aws-cloudtrail-threat-detection/) - [Real-time Blockchain Fraud Detection](https://www.thatdot.com/use-cases/real-time-blockchain-fraud-detection/) - [Stateful Digital Twin](https://www.thatdot.com/use-cases/stateful-digital-twin/) - [Streaming Graph ETL](https://www.thatdot.com/use-cases/streaming-graph-etl/) - [Video Observability for Root Cause Analysis](https://www.thatdot.com/use-cases/video-observability-for-root-cause-analysis/) ## Documentation and getting started - [Getting Started](https://www.thatdot.com/getting-started/): Everything needed to start with thatDot products, from basics to advanced use cases. - [Quine / Streaming Graph docs](https://docs.thatdot.com/quine-enterprise/index.html): Product documentation for Quine Streaming Graph. - [Novelty Detector docs](https://docs.thatdot.com/novelty/index.html): Product documentation for Novelty Detector. - [How-To tutorials and demos](https://www.thatdot.com/how-to/): Tutorials and demos for Quine and Novelty Detector. - [Help Center](https://www.thatdot.com/help-center/): Library of help docs, how-to videos, and guides. - [GitHub (thatdot/quine)](https://github.com/thatdot/quine): Quine open-source source code. - [Community Discord](https://that.re/chat): Chat with the Quine community. ## Learn - [Blog](https://www.thatdot.com/blog/): Articles on streaming graph, Quine recipes, `idFrom`, standing queries, anomaly detection, and scaling. - [News](https://www.thatdot.com/news/): Company and product announcements. - [Events](https://www.thatdot.com/events/): Webinars and community events. ## Company - [About thatDot](https://www.thatdot.com/about/): The company that invented graph event stream processing. - [Careers](https://www.thatdot.com/company/careers/): Open roles at a remote-first startup. - [Contact](https://www.thatdot.com/contact/): Reach out with questions or comments. ## Optional - [Privacy Policy](https://www.thatdot.com/privacy/) - [Search](https://www.thatdot.com/search/)
